So recently I've come up with a new word to describe FRESH FiT in one word

We are almost to the point of delicacy, it is so good and just hard to pick out. I pulled this from a site

Picking out ripe fruit is an art form, and one which you can perfect with practice. Once you've tasted perfectly ripe fruit, you can understand why seeking it out is worth the effort. The rich flavor, superior texture, and intoxicating aroma of fruit when it is perfectly ripe can elevate a meal from ordinary to delicious, whether the fruit is being eaten plain, used in a salad, or incorporated into a dessert. Depending on the fruit, there are a few general rules of thumb which can be used to locate perfect fruit: if you run into trouble, or are facing an exotic fruit, talk with the your produce seller to get recommendations.
